Learn how to lead, facilitate, and develop others in a small group setting.

A realization that is sweeping churches, especially those with large congregations, is that people learn discipleship skills best in small groups.  Small groups require small group leaders.  This is the limiting point for many churches and spiritual gatherings because there are not enough competent and confident small group leaders for the rising need.

This workshop is designed to build participants’ competence and confidence in small group leadership skills.  It leads participants to discover their preferred behavioral style, understand the behavioral styles of others, learn powerful listening and communication skills, small group dynamics and essentials about facilitating learning within a small group setting.  Most important, participants learn to depend on the leading of the Holy Spirit, the spirit dimension of small group leadership.
